Before moving forward with your account's deletion process, Miniclip strongly suggests you read the information below to make sure you are fully aware of what will happen with your account and its data after the deletion process has concluded.
By deleting the game account, Miniclip deletes:
- Your game account;
- All purchased and gained items on that account;
- All progression and leveling of that account;
- Access to your account (as it will no longer exist);
- All personal information related to that specific account, including deletion from our email marketing database.
This does not apply to data we are legally allowed or required to maintain. This includes, but is not limited to, information kept for tax and accounting purposes, unresolved disputes, and security or fraud prevention.

Account related questions
⁉️ I just want to unlink my game account from my Facebook/Google/Apple account, but I want to keep my game account and progress. Is the deletion right action to take?
NO. If you proceed with your account deletion, your game account and all associated information will be deleted. Please read more here about the difference in deletion and unlinking process.
⁉️ I want to reset my game statistics (keep the account and all items, but have all statistics reset to 0). Is the deletion right action?
NO. When you delete your account all information, including purchased and gained items in the game will be lost. Additionally, resetting your account is not currently available for Miniclip games.
⁉️ My game account was linked with Facebook/Google/Apple account. Does the deletion process break the link between game and that account?
If your account was connected with Facebook/Google/Apple we strongly suggest deleting the login access from your Facebook/Google/Apple account with the game app. Please read here for further instructions. If you don't revoke access to the game app, next time you enter the game a new account might be automatically linked with your Facebook/Google/Apple account.
⁉️ Does deleting my account also delete the game app from my mobile phone?
NO, if you want to delete the game app from your mobile phone you have to delete it yourself.

⁉️ What is the Grace Period?
Grace Period is the time period during which Miniclip allows you to cancel the deletion process without losing any of your account related data.
⁉️ How long is the Grace Period?
The Grace period lasts 7 days. Meaning, from the moment you click on the "Delete" button in the game and confirm that you wish to delete the account you have 7 days to cancel your deletion request.
⁉️ How can I tell that I'm still under the Grace period?
You can check that by seeing if:
- You are still able to log into the account using your old login credentials;
- You receive a Pop-Up* in the game with a text "Your account is Scheduled for deletion"
It will also show how many days you have left until the deletion process of your account really starts.
* In some games the pop-up is unavailable, but you are still on the Grace Period if you are able to log into the game account.
⁉️ Why is there a Grace Period? I want to delete the account NOW! Is it to annoy me?
Throughout the years we have noticed that many players request to delete their account, but during the deletion process change their mind.
Miniclip wants to make sure that when we permanently delete the account you are absolutely sure that you wish to delete all your data.
⁉️ Can I cancel the deletion process once it has started?
YES, as long as you are still within the Grace period.
If you see the cancellation pop-up in the game, then you simply need to click "Cancel" on the pop-up.
If the Grace Period pop-up is not visible, please contact the support team via the email you have received from Miniclip or send us an email via email@example.com with your cancellation request. Please bear in mind, that in some cases cancellation may not be possible.
⁉️ I have cancelled the deletion process already, but now I'm sure I want to delete the account. Can I request the deletion of my account again?
YES, there are no limits for deletion re-requests.
⁉️ Can I cancel the deletion process several times?
YES, you can.
⁉️ Can I make a Data Access request during the Grace Period?
YES, you can. But we strongly recommend you cancel the deletion process beforehand. Once the Grace Period ends all your data will be deleted and we are unable to fulfill your request.
⁉️ Can I create a new account during the Grace Period?
YES, you can, but not with the same email/Facebook/Google/Apple account as it is still linked with the old account.
After the account is deleted
⁉️ How long does it take to delete the account?
After the grace period your game account will be deleted within 24 hours. Deleting the rest of your personal data associated with the game account might take up to 30 days.
⁉️ Why does the deletion process take so long?
Miniclip always tries to delete data as soon as possible. But it is a very complex process that involves several databases and 3rd parties.
⁉️ Can I make a Data Access request after the Grace Period?
YES you can request your Data, but as your personal data associated the game account has been deleted, there is no information Miniclip is able to send to you.
⁉️ I have made purchases on my account. Will I get a refund after I delete my account?
NO, according to Miniclip Terms and Conditions. You are not entitled for a refund if you delete your account.
⁉️ After the deletion process, when I open a new account will I get my purchased/gained items back?
NO, the deletion process deletes all data about the account and you are not able to recover any virtual item that you had on a deleted account.
⁉️ Can I create a new account after the deletion process has started or finished?
YES, you can.
⁉️ My account is supposed to be deleted, but when I open the game, I still see my account?
Please rest assured, your game account has been deleted. Sometimes it seems it has not been deleted when the link between your game app and Facebook/Google/Apple login has not been revoked by you before you open the game app again. In those cases a new account, that is created in that instant, gets automatically linked with the Facebook/Google/Apple login.
If this is not what you wanted to happen then please delete the newly created account, disconnect your Facebook/Google/Apple account from the game app. And create a new account.

⁉️ My account is supposed to be deleted, but I'm unable to link my new account with my Facebook/Google/Apple account? Why?
There might be several reasons why you are unable to re-link your Facebook account with a new game account. Those options are:
- Without realizing it, you may have already linked a Facebook profile with a new account. The easiest way to check it is to try to log into the game via https://me.miniclip.com/login or from a different device and choose an option "Login with Facebook". If you are able to log into the account, it means this is the account that was linked with your Facebook account and you cannot link it to the one you are trying to link at this point.
- If during a deletion process we detected that your account was flagged in our system due to some illegal activity, then your Facebook account is blocked and you cannot re-link your Facebook with a new game account.
- Sometimes, without apparent reason, Facebook does not allow you to link your account again. It's rare but it happens once in a while. That is also a reason why we always warn players not to use the deletion process as an account reset measure because instead of a reset you might block your Facebook account permanently.

⁉️ I have more than one account. Will all my accounts be deleted if I request deletion for this account?
NO, we delete only identified data related to the account you request us to delete. If you have more than one(1) account that you wish to delete you need to initiate the deletion process for each one of those accounts from the game, via https://support.miniclip.com/requests/new, or firstname.lastname@example.org email.
⁉️ I also have accounts also for other Miniclip games, will the deletion process delete my accounts in other games?
NO, as indicated above, we delete only identified data related to the account you request us to delete. If you have more than 1 account that you wish to delete you need to initiate the deletion process for each one of those accounts from the game, via https://support.miniclip.com/requests/new or email@example.com email.
